  Cleanest subway in Oak Ridge. Becca is amazing. She's very courteous and polite.  She goes out of her way to make sure her store is in peccable.

  There are 3 other Subways in town that outperform this place.   Go to the one near Methodist hospital instead.  I stopped into this Subway recently to get food for a coworker, not for myself. I just won't go there with other good options all around.  The young guy working was all alone which is how this place always operates.  I ordered a pizza and was told, we don't have any ready.  I told him I could wait and he said it would be too long cuz all the dough was frozen.  I switched the order which he poorly threw together.  It was a mess.  This is only the second one rating I've ever given.  It is deserved.

  Service here isn't as great as it used to be.  They are way understaffed, especially during lunch time.  If you are dining in, be sure to bring your own cloth and cleaner, as all of the tables are almost always dirty.  It doesn't appear that there is any manager actually running the place.  They should close one or two of the other Oak Ridge Subways, consolidate the staff and have one one Subway with great service.
  
  I've never had any complaints about this Subway.  Service has always been quick, which is great for lunch.    I can usually connect to the xfinity WiFi, but there are no power outlets at any of the tables.

  My sub looked like it was run over by a car, tasted like it too. Cookies were good though. Not coming back.
